Get Involved
Get Involved
Polaris is built on dialogue, reflection, and shared responsibility.
This page is an invitation — not an expectation — to connect with us if our approach resonates with you.
Who this is for
You may want to reach out if you:
✦ are interested in responsible and disciplined works council work
✦ value clarity, fairness, and reliability in how employee representation is handled
✦ want to exchange perspectives on how systems, processes, or decisions affect employees
✦ are considering contributing time, ideas, or engagement to the Polaris group
You do not need prior experience in works council work.
You do not need to agree with everything already discussed.
Curiosity and thoughtful engagement are enough.
Why get involved
Polaris is currently in a preparatory phase.
This phase is important because it allows:
✦ listening before positioning
✦ alignment before formal steps
✦ reflection before commitments
Getting involved now means:
✦ contributing perspectives early
✦ helping shape priorities responsibly
✦ understanding the approach before any formal election phase begins
There is no obligation attached to getting in touch.
How to connect
If you would like to learn more or start a conversation, you can reach out in one of the following ways:

✦ request a short, informal conversation
All messages are handled confidentially and respectfully.
You will receive:
✦ a clear response
✦ transparent information about next steps
✦ no unsolicited follow-ups
What happens next
After you reach out:
✦ we will respond personally
✦ we may suggest an informal exchange or meeting
✦ you can decide freely whether and how you want to stay involved
Participation can take many forms:
✦ sharing perspectives
✦ joining discussions
✦ contributing to preparation work
✦ or simply staying informed
There is no fixed expectation.

Transparency note
Polaris is currently a group of employees preparing to form a list for the upcoming works council election.
This site is intended to provide orientation and information.
