Short introduction

Open-minded and creative, Lilla values meaningful conversations and strong collaboration. She is driven by getting things done and is known for bringing people together across teams to move topics forward.

Why I’m running

I am one of the founders of the Works Council and a member of the SE Works Council. Through this work, I have had the opportunity to hear many employee stories, which deeply motivated me to become more actively involved. Supporting our Heroes and improving their everyday work experience has been a key driver for me from the beginning.

At the same time, I see that time and energy are sometimes lost on inefficiencies or on topics that are not the most impactful. I believe we can do better by focusing on what truly matters. I want to contribute to improving communication and ensuring that discussions lead to clear outcomes and concrete actions.

My focus topics

  • Career & Development Systems
  • Work-Life Balance & Flexibility
  • Communication & Transparency

What perspective I bring

I bring 19 years of corporate experience across different countries and departments, which has shaped a broad, global, and multicultural perspective.

In my current role in Privacy Compliance and Governance, I work closely with employee rights from a data protection perspective. This gives me a strong understanding of how regulatory frameworks directly impact employees in their day-to-day work.

I combine this experience with strong communication and collaboration skills, aiming to connect different perspectives and ensure that topics are addressed in a practical and solution-oriented way.

What employees can expect from me

  • A clear and objective approach to problem-solving, combined with direct and transparent communication
  • A strong focus on action and delivering results, with attention to what matters most
  • A balanced and holistic view in decision-making, ensuring that different perspectives are considered and aligned with employee needs

One personal note

I believe the world would be a better place if we truly listened to each other and focused more on real-life connections, instead of getting lost in virtual spaces and social media.
