Why I’m running
Having worked at Delivery Hero SE for over seven years, I have witnessed many changes. For me, a welcoming environment and stability remain the keys to staying motivated every day. One thing that hasn’t changed is the immense talent within the company.
I strongly believe in the diverse setup we have built at Delivery Hero, yet I am convinced that a healthy workload must go hand in hand with fair and transparent career growth. Open communication is essential - constructive feedback plays a vital role in improving our daily work environment. To me, this means being heard without having to be the loudest person in the room, being taken seriously as an employee, and being part of a supportive workspace where we leverage our diverse strengths.

In the current Works Council, I have primarily served as a substitute member. Now, I would like to step up and take a more active role in shaping a healthier work environment.
I am not afraid to speak up, while always ensuring that our approaches remain focused on realistic and practical solutions. I will not make promises I cannot deliver, as honest and open communication is what matters most to me.
Known for my love of structure and coming from a tax and compensation background, I have gained valuable expertise in this field - experience I am eager to contribute to the council's work.

One personal note
Originally from Southwest Germany, I have called Berlin my home and base for the past 17 years. My passion for exploring new places is a big part of who I am - when I’m not traveling, I can spend hours on Google Maps planning my next adventure or dreaming up potential trips.
I’ve played tennis since I was a child and truly couldn’t live without it. Being on the court helps me release stress, maintain a routine, and keep a healthy work-life balance. On a typical summer Saturday, that’s exactly where you’ll find me.
