I currently serve as a member of the Works Council, Chairperson of the Finance Committee, Vice Chairperson of the Health & Safety Committee, member of the Compensation Committee, and Representative for Severely Disabled Employees.

In my role as a Senior Tax Manager, I work with complex regulatory frameworks, including global mobility and equity taxation. This has shaped my ability to navigate complex structures, interpret rules, and translate them into practical solutions.

In my day-to-day work, I see highly engaged and motivated employees who want the company to succeed, but who sometimes feel that decisions are unclear or difficult to understand, which can create frustration and uncertainty. At the same time, I observe that in some areas, employees and the Works Council are not always fully aligned in how topics are communicated or understood.

I bring a structured and rational approach, focusing on listening to all sides and working towards consensus where possible. At the same time, I care strongly about finding solutions that work for people in their day-to-day reality. I also actively contribute by developing concrete solutions, such as drafting works agreements on topics like BEM and psychological risk assessment.
