Short introduction
Honest, fair, and transparent, Philipp approaches his work in a structured and solution-oriented way. He values collaboration, inclusiveness, and creating an environment where people feel heard and respected.
Why I’m running
I am running again to continue the work on many important open topics. I want to help move discussions forward and turn them into concrete, practical solutions that make a real difference in employees’ day-to-day work.
My goal is to represent employees’ interests in a way that is both effective and grounded in everyday reality. I believe that meaningful progress comes from working constructively to find solutions, while also clearly representing employee interests when it matters.
My focus topics
- Compensation & Fair Pay
- Communication & Transparency
- Sustainable Workload & Team Stability
What perspective I bring
I bring experience from both my background in engineering and my current role as a fully released Works Council member. This allows me to understand both the operational realities of day-to-day work and the broader structures in which decisions are made.
In my daily work, I see where processes or decisions can create friction or uncertainty for employees. I focus on identifying these challenges and turning employee feedback into tangible improvements and concrete outcomes in Works Council work.
What employees can expect from me
- Careful listening and taking concerns seriously, especially in individual consultations
- A strong focus on solving real problems and addressing concrete employee concerns
- A structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Open communication and acting with integrity, while taking clear positions when needed
One personal note
I believe that a strong workplace is built on respect, trust, and people who are willing to take responsibility for each other.
