Current member of the Works Council
Short introduction
Curious and people-focused, Lana values understanding the “why” behind situations and building solutions that work in practice. She believes in strong collaboration, open dialogue, and creating an environment where people can perform at their best.
Why I’m running
I want to be part of the Works Council because I believe people do their best work when they feel heard, supported, and treated fairly. Creating that kind of environment is essential for both individual wellbeing and long-term company success.
At the same time, I see opportunities to improve how we communicate and plan, especially during periods of rapid change. While speed is an important strength, clearer communication and stronger long-term thinking can help reduce uncertainty, avoid repeated adjustments, and create more stability for teams. I want to contribute to building a more predictable and supportive working environment where employees can fully develop and perform at their best.
My focus topics
- Career & Development Systems
- Compensation & Fair Pay
- Communication & Transparency
What perspective I bring
I work as a Senior Manager in Sales, where I am closely involved in team dynamics, performance expectations, and day-to-day operational challenges. This gives me a practical understanding of what employees and teams need in order to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
In my daily work, I see the importance of balancing ambition with sustainability. High performance requires not only clear goals, but also realistic expectations, stable structures, and strong communication.
I bring a people-focused and solution-oriented perspective, combining careful listening with a willingness to speak up when needed. My goal is to translate employee concerns into practical improvements that strengthen both teams and the organization as a whole.
What employees can expect from me
- Careful listening and a strong commitment to taking concerns seriously
- A willingness to speak up, even in difficult situations
- A focus on clear, practical, and implementable solutions
One personal note
I am naturally curious and tend to ask “why” to better understand situations and find stronger solutions. Outside of work, I recharge by travelling and exploring new places, often somewhere close to the water.
